i started off the day with the cooking class at Blue Butterfly. i did it with a frnch candian girl that i was randomly sittig next to on the bus yesterday!! we wemt to the food markrt to choose some of the ingredients for the food and tried some coconut milk! we made a feast of Papaya salad with seafood, stirfried chicken with chilli and lemongrass, fresh spring rolls with beef, and friend spring rolls with seafood...yum! after enhoyinb the feast i went back to the hsotel and bumped into Dee! so lovely to see her so wandered to thw lake with her and some guys she had met - we went across the bridge to thw temple...not entirely sure what it was there for but it has something to do with a lucky turtle..?! i headed back to the hostel, stocked up on snacks and got ready for the 15hour overnight bus ride to Hue...ekkk!!
