the day stared with my first vietnamese breakfast ; Pho noodle soup, fried rice, nopdles and veg and a coconut ake and fruit!! and yay the sun finally came out!! we sunbathes on the rooftop of the boat before another yummy lunch and back on the minibus to Hanoi. we arrived back around 5pm so i took a walk to a restaurant mum recommended : Quan An Ngon...(only slightly delayed by a eager vietnamese guy wanting to practise his englosh!!) half an hour later i arrived to a cute little restaurant amde up pf lots of dofferent stalls and you sit in the middle to order. slightly more organised than i thought but i enjoyed some fresh spring rolls and a juice made of a fruit i cant remember the name of...kinda like a lime/lemon...very refreshing!
