Sylvie, Mathilda, Bonnie and Eimear went off for a cultural day to the spice plantations and to see Old Goa. I was freaking slightly about my next adventure so stayed at the hotel to plan Asia!
So...my rough plan is:
- Thailand : 16th-31st May.
One night in BKK to get Vietnamese visa and then head to Chang Mai on the overnight train
- Laos : 1st-15th June
Travel by boat from Chang Rai to Laos and make my way down to Vientiane
- Vietnam : 15th-3rd July
Fly to Hanoi and travel down the coast
- Cambodia : 3rd-11/18th July
Make my way round Cambodia and hopefully head to the islands for a bit of beach time!
I know this will probably change but feel a lot happier!!
After that I met Mark and Jackie across the road at a nice pool and then met everyone for a last dinner at a restaurant opposite Electric Cats in Baga. This was yummy - veg stirfry with chips in it!! They LOVE their carbs here! Ha And then we had a drink at a beautiful bar on the beach under canopy's and fairy lights...delightful!!
