With the English winter looming and no jobs in sight, I hopped onboard a British Airways plane to sunny Sydney with Mum and Mugar in tow!
I had no plan, and limited friends out here but managed to land a retail job at Marcs in the Queen Victoria Building in the first week!
The clothes are quite simple shapes and designs, but lovely quality...kind of like Cos in England and the company is owned by Jigsaw.
My place of work...QVB, right in the centre of the city...not too shabby!
Mums best friend Jackie took me in so I am living with her and her two girls Lucy and Sarah - Lucy has just moved to England on her gap year. They live in Cremorne which is just over the Harbour Bridge, about 10 minutes from the city - perfect location!
